Start the Day Off Right

I invite you to take the first 30 minutes of each day to program your mind to achieve your ideal outcomes.Your days will unfold much more smoothly, powerfully, and efficiently.  Here is a simple and powerful way to do it.

First thing in the morning

10 minutes  -

1) Drink a glass of water to wake up the body and flush out toxins.  (Make sure the water is not too cold)

2) Stretch, Chi-gung, breathe deeply, and move your body to get your blood pumping. 

10 minutes -

Mindfulness – sit quietly, noticing the feeling of your breath and body sensations, and listen deeply into the silence.  Become the witnessing presence. Over time, you will become more centered, balanced and aware.  (It’s also good for blood pressure)

10 minutes -

1) Give heartfelt gratitude for all the good things in your life. Go through each of the 4 main areas (Health, Relationships, Life’s Work, Finances).  [For advanced practitioners, give gratitude for everything, not just the ‘good’ things.]

2)  Visualize your ideal day ahead and going through it as your ideal self.  Use your body posture, movements, breath to emotionally supercharge yourself.

3)  Direct an ‘inner smile’ toward each part of your body and any parts of you that are feeling uncomfortable emotions.  Send unconditional compassion to your life.

Commit to the above for a couple of weeks and notice how much your life improves.

(Of course, you can take more than 10 minutes for each of the above)
