Measure Your Success

Take a moment to look back on your life last week (or even yesterday) and answer the following questions:

On a 0 - 10 scale (0 = not at all, 10 = maximum possible)

1)  How centered, balanced, and joyful was I overall?

2)  How powerfully did I move toward creating my ideal life?

3)  What could I do to improve #1 and #2 above by a point or two?

4)  What actions am I willing to commit to this week to improve my ratings?

5) When will I do these actions?

Remember, doing what you've always done will get you what you've always gotten.  A small change done consistently over time yields great results.  Get out of your 'comfort zone' and do something different this week. The momentum will build upon itself.
